  • testimony of witnesses who will confirm in court the fact that a person does not live in a residential building;
  • acts of the housing office or condominiums about not living in the apartment;

  • act of commission from neighbors;
  • letters received during the year in the name of the former spouse and not received by him;
  • proof of new marriage;
  • evidence of the transportation of things to another dwelling;
  • proof of travel abroad or to another city;
  • conclusion of an employment contract for an indefinite period;
  • other evidence.
